Prajna Yoga, one of the best yoga training Center in Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon and Wanchai, Hong Kong. We are teaching various types of Group Yoga Classes, Workshop, Semi Private Yoga, Private Yoga, Corporate Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pre – Postnatal yoga, Yoga Retreat and Yoga Teacher Training of 300hrs, 200hrs, 100hrs and 85hrs Certified by Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance International.

I love the studio. It’s clean, tidy, well-organised and the staff are superbly friendly. The shower is definitely a bonus. The yoga masters are extremely professional, patient and caring. The small class size means I and fellow students are all getting personal attention, which is important in getting our postures right and avoiding injury. Many different types of yoga are on offer at the studio, and you are free to try them out and find your preferences based on your personal needs and schedule. Since the beginning, I have been joining the class of master Kunal, who Is one of the best yoga masters I have ever had. He is genuinely dedicated and makes each class such an enjoyable experience!

Having had yoga lesson in Prajna for a month, was greatly inspired by the the patience and professional teaching from Yoga Masters.Prajna offers a variety of classes which suit all level of yogis.
